In Thomas Belin's traditional gourmet Provencal restaurant, every dish is a celebration of regional cuisine. As head chef, Thomas is a fervent advocate of using fresh produce, favoring short circuits to support local producers. In addition to being tasty, each plate is deliciously presented. Salmon trout gravlax, sour cream, pickles... rabbit leg à la provençale, 6H confit. Thomas renews his menu every month, and on Wednesday lunchtimes, offers a market formula.
