Patrick Fischnaller and Romain Gandolphe opened Solelh in the heart of one of the world's most famous antique markets. Winner of a Michelin Bib, the restaurant offers attractive set menus for lunch and dinner. A discovery menu is worth choosing, served for the whole table with 2 starters, 2 main courses and a dessert. Solelh lives up to its name, which means "sun" in Occitan: the recipes smell of the South, the atmosphere is cheerful, friendly and without fuss, and the terraces come alive as if in a village square.

Bel endroit pour déjeuner ou diner. Les plats sont de très bon niveau, assemblage de saveurs.
Desserts extra.
Très très jolie carte de vins, originaux et encore abordable.

Un an après, 12.2023, je confirme la première impression après y être retourné plusieurs fois.. C'est de mieux en mieux. Savoureux, chaleureux et délicieux. La cuisine est faite devant vous pour certaines tables. J'ajoute quelques photos de dressage très pro.
L'eau payante n'était pas annoncée, pas top de le découvrir à la fin.
Les portions sont beaucoup trop petites pour le prix. J'aurai aimé un peu plus de garniture et d'accompagnement pour plus apprécier la pièce principale.
