Restaurant offering a regularly changing menu with Japanese dishes concocted by the chef Fabrice.

The name of this restaurant, borrowed from the Japanese, refers to one of the five fundamental flavors discovered by a Japanese sage "while tasting a seaweed broth"... All these flavors are present in Fabrice's recipes. This young chef puts all his inspiration into his regularly changing menu. Here are just a few examples: slow-cooked veal, orange supremes and grémolata; sea bream sashimi "à la mexicaine", green chili rice, yogurt cream and avocado; orange moelleux "Yvette" style and citrus sorbet.

Wauw, wat hebben we hier heerlijk gegeten. We werden zo warm onthaald door de gastvrouw, super vriendelijk en attent. We werden van begin tot einde in de watten gelegd. Het eten is heerlijk, vernieuwende smaken en perfecte porties. Zeer goedkoop voor de kwaliteit. Aangename temperatuur binnen. Wij komen hier zeker terug.
