Restaurant with a terrace and a tastefully decorated room offering menus with classic bases.

This restaurant is a little pleasure in summer and winter. In the summer, you can enjoy the terrace along the Sorgue river (remember to book as it is quite small). In winter and on Mistral (!) days, the room is tastefully decorated, both sober and opulent. The menus have a classic base with very fresh products and nice presentations. The chef works with both fish and meat and his desserts are full of fantasy. It's true that he doesn't hesitate to borrow culinary techniques from all over the world. Warm welcome.

On est venu pour un anniversaire en famille. Les plats étaient exquis. Le personnel souriant, et d'une gentillesse ! Je recommande à 1000%, réservation obligatoire.

Excellent. Vraiment. Lors de notre séjour à Cavaillon nous avons choisi de faire la route jusqu'à ce restaurant plutôt que d'en faire un sur place et c'est sans aucun regret. C'était excellent et de superbes découvertes comme le pressé d'ailes de raie qui était une magnifique surprise gustative par son accompagnement de petits légumes.
La serveuse était très agréable et très aimable également.
