Well-run, well-lit, well run… This is the credo of this multi-disciplinary sport, which requires a great deal of listening to its body, but also of serious ability to surpass itself, both physically and morally. Created in 1984 under the name of C.A.T. Club Avignon Triathlon then became Avignon Le Pontet Triathlon in 1997, the club promises monitoring and constant progress in the exercise. But for now, Avignon Le Pontet Triathlon is conspicuous by… duathlon. In his role as a trainer, he has opened a triathlon school where young people are especially promising. The training takes place at the Stuart Mill pool of Avignon (swimming + bike) and at Le Pontet stadium (walking). Please note that the club has been organising for a weekend at the well-noted plateau.
