The restaurant was a former horse relay (1480) transformed into an inn. In 1889 it became a hotel-restaurant under the name of the poet Petrarque. Since 1981 it has been a restaurant only. You will discover the know-how of the Valentin family, masters of the place for 3 generations, today embodied by the high standards of Frédéric Valentin, chef of the restaurant, and his brother Thierry, head chef who will ensure your comfort throughout the meal. Local speciality " la truite meunière " from the fishpond. Welcoming and good value for money.

Depuis plusieurs années notre club moto organise le repas de fin d'année c est toujours une agréable soirée le repas excellent le service impeccable et le patron très chaleureux

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Et l'accueil bien veillant de l'ancienne maîtresse de maison est un plus.

Très joli restaurant avec terrasse en bord de la Sorgue au cœur du magnifique village de Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. La cuisine est très bonne et le service très bon avec un personnel souriant et accueillant.

Restaurant à ne pas rater. Le personnel est très sympa la cuisine très bonne. Je recommande vivement.
