Hotel-restaurant offering bistro and local cuisine with a nice wine list.

Christophe Congiusti is at the helm of the kitchen, in the spirit of a local bistro, with simple, tasty dishes: Provençal-style beef alouettes, eggplant parmesan, andouillettes for connoisseurs, truffles in winter, seasonal desserts and an attractive wine list of local and international wines; we've tested and approved. There was plenty of room to sit out on the terrace, but the interior is very cosy. Upstairs, the hotel rooms have the charm of a boarding house.

Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur ce restaurant, c'est une très bonne surprise. Un très bon accueil, de très bons plats, copieux, les entrées pourraient être considérées comme plats. Les plats sont excellents, très bien servis, le patron est aux petits oignons pour ses clients. Je recommande fortement cet établissement, une adresse incontournable de cucuron. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ces belles prestations.
