Three-star hotel-restaurant located in the middle of the vineyards
This former 17th century sheepfold has been transformed into a three-star hotel-restaurant and looks really good in the middle of the vineyards with its ancestral ivy façade. On the first floor, the rooms, all renovated and tastefully decorated, are cheerful and refined, with all the comforts befitting a three-star hotel. The garden with its swimming pool has been completely redesigned. The restaurant is chic and cosy, the tables are covered in white and the service is attentive. It is a good stop if you want to visit the local domains.

Hotel is nice, rooms are very good but service is lousy, not flexible and not friendly.
Some rooms are in front of a noise road
It is not bike friendly, no infrastructure to keep the bikes nor charge electric bikes.
Breakfast is vey good but do not dare to get something after 10:00 becomes they will take it away if front of your nose.
There is nothing nearby.

Your opinion lives up to the image you have left in our establishment, mean, misleading, rude and haughty.
Our hotel has the “Accueil Vélo” label and is fully adapted to the reception and service of cyclists. Your bikes were charged overnight for free, you didn't even have the courtesy to say thank you.
When you arrived, you clumsily dropped a bottle of wine in the lobby, it can happen. You left without even bothering to pick up the broken glass or the wine, no apologies, no thanks for the time spent cleaning everything up.
At dinner time, you arrive at the restaurant with your baguette, your food, your wine, you sit on the terrace in front of the restaurant's customers without any embarrassment and also have the nerve to ask for plates, cutlery and glasses! Do you really think this is acceptable?
You had your breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on our terrace. Moment during which you ate breakfast, lunch, brunch and picnic with incredible waste, which is why at 10:00 am we told you stop!
You have been obnoxious customers to my staff who are of course at your service, but are not your slaves.
Every day, we make sure that our customers spend a pleasant, convivial moment within our establishment. In view of the various comments you have on your profile, you are a regular dissatisfied person, you are definitely a customer to avoid and I pity the future hotels that will have to welcome you!

Nous avons complètement été séduits par le lieu ! Au delà de l'accueil/service qui fût très bon, on se sent particulièrement bien dès qu'on passe la porte. En plus d'y avoir dormi nous avons aussi testé le restaurant, et c'est absolument à faire ! Plats très savoureux et raffiné. Le petit déjeuner est très agréable aussi, sur la terrasse.. bref déconnexion totale, on a adoré !

Une jolie Bastide bien située par rapport au village de Chateauneuf des Papes .
C’est bien dommage que nous n’ayons pas pu profiter de la piscine et que le resto ne soit pas ouvert le samedi midi .
Hôte désagréable et à peine conciliant ….

Très heureux que vous ayez apprécié la beauté et le confort de notre établissement.
Nous faisons toujours le maximum afin d'être agréable, convivial et conciliant avec nos clients. Votre chambre était prête à 12h le jour de votre arrivée alors que les arrivées se font à partir de 15h surtout en cette haute saison. Les départs se font à 11h00, vous avez pu garder votre chambre jusqu'à 12h00. Votre petit déjeuner que vous aviez commandé vous attendait sur la terrasse, vous ne l'avez pas pris.
La piscine est à votre disposition de 7h00 à 19h30.
Vos hôtes sont à votre disposition de 7h à 23h chaque jour et nous nous attachons à offrir un accueil et un service irréprochable chaque jour.

Le lieu est une ancienne bergerie très joliment décorée.
Une grande piscine permet de se rafraîchir lorsqu'il fait chaud.
Le petit-déjeuner est complet et très agréable en bord de piscine.
