With 15 years of experience, Chef Simon offers authenticity and originality in his dishes made with fresh, local and seasonal products. The cuisine is rather gastro oriented, typically French. L'Instant Gourmand has a beautiful terrace where it is nice to sit with friends or family. A rich regional wine list is at your disposal. The menus are open or gourmet and the plates are well supplied and colorful. Not to mention the tempting selection of meats. Treat yourself, spoil your taste buds!

Lorsque je lis certains avis , je n’ai pas l’impression d’avoir dîner dans le même restaurant. L’accueil de la serveuse est glacial et prend la commande sans décrocher un sourire. J’ai pris une noix de Saint-Jacques à 39€!! J’ai eu 4 noix de pétoncles et un risotto sans saveur et sans le riz traditionnel du risotto !!! La mousse au chocolat au siphon , coulante et fade. Lorsqu’on pratique ce genre de prix on s’attend à l’excellence. Passez votre chemin , restaurant sans Intérêt et beaucoup beaucoup trop cher!!!

Très certainement un des meilleurs restaurants de Cavaillon ! Très bon rapport qualité prix, des plats aux saveurs originales et travaillées ! Je recommande !

Vous aimez prendre du plaisir à table c est à l instant gourmand au il faut aller!! Un très bon restaurant à Cavaillon. Un chef super sympa et professionnel ! Une cuisine raffinée de qualité qui a du goût …. Franchement un rapport qualité prix comme il en existe peu. Un très bon moment en famille, je recommande sans hésitations.
