AUBERGE DES SEGUINS
Restaurant offering a unique menu with local products, freshly caught in Buoux.
True lovers of calm and nature, cross the village in the direction of Fort de Buoux and follow the signs. After a few meanders, where the asphalt stops, at the foot of vertiginous cliffs but in a green setting and at the edge of the stream, (anecdotal: it is the only permanent waterway in the Luberon!), you will come across an old farmhouse converted into an inn in the 1960s. Every evening a unique menu with local products such as estoufado, a defatted lamb shoulder with black olive purée, freshly caught fish trout simply fried, or Lourmarin stew in olive oil. Hikers will appreciate the meal basket. As for accommodation, in some rooms, the rock is an integral part of the decor. Simply furnished, but well maintained, with showers and toilets, they are located away from the restaurant. Nearby, the "Buvette Annex" where copious breakfasts are served in the form of a buffet, also accessible to the walker.

J am in a hurry D to go back and can taste menu.
Without forgetting the site, the walks and the atmosphere very good child
