Chef Julien Allano welcomes you to his home, at one of 9 tables in different rooms, or at the large counter that serves as both the pass and the chef's table. A 4-, 5- or 6-course menu and a lunch menu highlight the conscious, gourmet cuisine of the chef, who takes to heart the value of local produce and the people who make it. Enjoy lamb served three ways, trout filet ikéjimé with fresh herb sabayon and fresh greens, or a totally regressive popcorn dessert sweetened with homemade corn syrup. As for the products, the chef and his sommelier went to meet local winemakers to showcase the local terroir alongside other references from France and beyond. A pure moment of gastronomic indulgence.
