Traditional cuisine based on very well selected products to be enjoyed a few turns of the wheel from Bédoin.

The hamlet of Sainte-Colombe is on the Route du Ventoux, a few minutes' drive from Bédoin. Here, we claim traditional cuisine. Products are chosen as far as possible from local producers. The advantage is undoubtedly a short menu that changes very regularly. In summer, it is served on a beautiful shady terrace. At the first day of winter, you'll find yourself in the room all the way down to the large chimney, heavy curtains and chairs in the purest Provencal style. It is a good address for large meetings, the restaurant offers a room for 100 seats.

Amazing food. Great waitress. Horrible owner/ manager. I asked for a carafe of water and she insults me with a reply of: like for the plants. When ordering a 72 euros meal, you dont expect this. Then we waited 15 minutes for the bill as she chatted with her friends. I had to ask 3 times for the bill. The chef us michelin quality but this woman should find another job.

Un conseil poussez la grille, ne vous arrêtez pas à l'extérieur.
Un accueil chaleureux et simple, nous avons choisi le menu de l'ascension avec son accord des vins, un delice !
Une cuisine de produits locaux, des découvertes gustatives étonnante comme la purée de carottes au géranium.
Une soirée excellente.

Une cuisine juste sur des produits locaux. Le service est efficace et parfait. La carte est volontairement assez ramassée et c'est une excellente chose. En bref, une très bonne expérience et un très bon repas avec une cuisine raffinée.
