The gym, just 5 minutes away from the ramparts of Saint-Roch Boulevard, is equipped with an adapted suit for girls or boys. Here the members of the ANT Gymnastics Avignon - 1 st club of PACA Region with more than 650 members - train. The club always attracts the smallest, well assisted by confirmed educators who enable them to watch the gymnastics in a gentle way. Two specific sections for our loustics: the "early childhood" section (discovery of balance and traction) and the gym for ages 6 to 7 (discovery and introduction of the 1 st movements). It's 8 years since grass gymnasts have the choice between the recreational section and the competition section. Of course, adults can participate in courses, either gymnastics or acrobatic gymnastics. The seriousness of the club and the credit given to the progressive development of young gymnasts allows it to reap good results, both during national tests by teams and individually.
