Restaurant with a warm and intimate setting, offering excellent cuisine in Apt.

An excellent cuisine, a warm and intimate setting, this restaurant away from the city center deserves its letters of nobility. Fabrice, the chef, disciple of Escofier, master restorer, proposes a totally Provençal inspired cuisine, which smells good the onion, the basil and the aromatic herbs. The menu changes regularly, the products are fresh and the recipes tempting. Add to that a staff as discreet as efficient and you will know exactly where to go for lunch the next time you are in town.

Una cena curiosa en un restaurante que ofrece platos de nivel con buen producto de la región. Las presentaciones son elegantes y los platos son muy sabrosos. Encontramos que el arroz estaba demasiado blando para nuestro gusto, pero el sabor y la cocción del marisco era excelente. El trato es correcto, pero nos pareció excesivamente cordial. Tras valorar el trato, el ambiente y la calidad de su cocina, no tuvimos muy claro qué tipo de restaurante pretende ser. Lo que está claro es que la comida está muy bien y tienen platos para quitarse el sombrero.
