Carine sells eggs from her Cocotterie with 6,000 Label Rouge laying hens. They are extra fresh, hand-picked and sorted by her. Depending on the season, she also offers quail and duck eggs by reservation. Present at the Néris-les-Bains farmers' market at Domaine de l'Eden.
