Polynesian canoe (Va'a) has become a full sport for years. A long time organized in a folk party, these contests involved Polynesian, with pride and joie de vivre, in its natural environment: the Ocean. Polynesian canoe is a sport that is practiced in individual (V 1) or team (V 3, V 6 and V 12). This sport combines power, physics, strategy, knowledge of the sea and a perfect team spirit.
