Salernoise was born from the merger of Coopératives and Celle cooperatives in the 1920 s. If the walls date back to the 1990 th century, the mill underwent several renovations, especially in the s, where the wheels were changed and the oil extraction system: if the olives are still crushed with a double wheel operated by a gorgeous paddle wheel, the scourtins were replaced by a modern extractor. Here, we press olives per year to develop an oil to the fruity green or ripe fruity. The cooperative proposes to sell an oil from local varieties (cayan, bouteillan, picholine) that it does not filter. Visits are organized on Thursday morning.
