Hotel-restaurant at the foot of La Ponche beach for a stay in Saint-Tropez with Provencal cuisine

Overlooking the small beach of La Ponche, this iconic hotel, which has welcomed Françoise Sagan, Brigitte Bardot, Romy Schneider, Gunter Sachs and Boris Vian, has been given a makeover. The revitalization program includes rooms named after illustrious visitors, with a new Simone Duckstein room to seal the bonds of remembrance, a "table du soleil" where the chef serves up a Mediterranean menu based on local vegetables, daily fish and market produce, and a bar to reconnect with the past (the Saint-Germain-des-Prés).

Restaurant mythique dans le vieux Saint Tropez.
Excellent service en salle, de belles assiettes imaginées par le chef, c'est le combo gagnant pour passer un très bon moment.

Un restaurant de grande qualité, où j'ai pu y tester le service du soir et du petit déjeuner : les serveuses sont à votre écoute, professionnelles et souriantes, ce fut très agréable ! L'ambiance y est comme nulle part ailleurs : feutrée et chaleureuse en hiver, lumineuse et fraîche en été. Le calme de l'emplacement et sa vue en font mon endroit préféré de Saint-Tropez.

Une très belle adresse où l’on peut déjeuner dans un cadre confortable. Table de haute qualité, service professionnel et attentif. Hâte de revenir pour un séjour hôtelier.
