Well hidden in the heart of the village, this charming hotel, a princely residence built in 1835 by General Allard for a pretty Punjabi princess, Bannu Pan Deï, hides its secrets and its quietness behind its wooden door. Everywhere, in the very exotic decor of this mansion, which celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2016, serenity and disorientation emerge, right down to the flavors of a cuisine inspired by Greek flavors, to be discovered in a lounge or in the garden, in the shade of olive trees.

I was looking for a place to treat ourselves during our holiday. I was a little nervous about booking in St Tropez as so many places are overrated. I'm so happy I chose this place, it is such a peaceful spot in the middle of the city. Food was fresh and the combination of flavours was amazing. Lots of flavours in all the dishes. The service was so kind and thoughtful.

This is a unique place, it’s history, the kind of guests it attracts and the attention to detail from the staff. It’s a small hotel in a beautiful old building so the rooms are smaller than I would normally go for but everything else makes up for that. The courtyard and pool area is a calm retreat from the busy town, which is just outside the front door.
