He brings his dream sandwich to the coast, with perfectly cooked and always decadent recipes: lobster or crab in lemon butter, seasoned with a blend of secret spices, all wrapped in a generous crusty brioche and, exclusively for the Tropez area, a version topped with Sologne imperial baeri caviar.

Excellent casual spot for lunch with great people watching.. Best lobster roll I’ve ever had! Stick with the lemon butter sauce and get some caviar and chips! Cheers to Homer and all that lobster goodness!

Absolutely perfect lobster rolls with crayfish. You can get it with different sauces in a crispy and soft brioche bun. Ideal place to try lobster roll!
