With a lobster roll world champion title in the USA in 2018, addresses in Paris and Marseille, and a presence in palaces in Paris and Cannes, Moïse Sfez continues his flight here and settles in Saint-Tropez. He brings his dream sandwich to the coast, with perfectly cooked and always decadent recipes: lobster or crab in lemon butter, seasoned with a blend of secret spices, all wrapped in a generous crusty brioche and, exclusively for the Tropez area, a version topped with Sologne imperial baeri caviar.

Open from June to October. Open Monday to Friday, 12pm to 10pm; weekends and public holidays, 12pm to 10:30pm. Menus from 29 € to 34 €. Lobster roll normal 20 € - XL 25 €. Take-away sales.

I thought the lobster would be warm, but it was cold (probably because of the mayo sauce). Only the bread was warm. It was a bit pricey and the taste wasn’t memorable. I also didn’t eat the last bits of the bread because it only had mayo on it. Overal, not worth €22. But if you’re like me, just curious about the taste and food in general, and want to fulfil your curiosity, go for it.

J’ai voulu tenter l’expérience et je ne le regrette pas !! Certes les prix sont ce qu’ils sont mais si c’était à refaire je le referais !!! La responsable a eu un superbe accueil (souriante, polie) et surtout je me suis régalé !!! Du coup j’en ai prix deux !!! Merci à elle et merci à homer lobster !!

Sacré déception depuis le départ de l ancien responsable, tout a baissé la qualité, l ambiance et l attitude de la responsable envers son cuisinier devant les clients est juste ignoble!Quel dommage je n y mettrai plus les pieds !
