A fusion restaurant where the chef prepares Thai, Vietnamese and Indonesian specialties on the premises of the Ermitage hotel

On the premises of the century-old Ermitage Hotel, chef Madame Pam cooks up Thai, Vietnamese and Indonesian specialties, including chicken with lemongrass or green curry, pork filet mignon with caramel, raw fish, Thai bouillabaisse, papaya salad with shrimp, dim sum, sushi, ravioli and homemade stews, papaya salad with shrimp, dim sum, sushi, egg rolls, ravioli and homemade stews, all enjoyed while sipping sake, to the sound of classic funk, house and disco music from the 70s to the present day, programmed by an experienced DJ. Petanque and karaoke evenings round off your evening.

Don’t be fooled by the IG pictures this places is nothing special and the staff is so rude. Go to Pearl Beach instead.

Nous avons connu cet endroit merveilleux à son ouverture, c'était bien autre chose. En dehors du cadre superbe et du service top (notre serveur Laotien est génial) c'était une catastrophe.
Les amis, il faut vous remettre à la vraie cuisine thaï, d'ordinaire, si riche en saveurs (citronnelle, basilic thaï, ..subtils épices) et là totalement dépourvue.
On n'a pas autant d'adresses à Saint Tropez, alors...on compte sur vous pour vous ressaisir...

Venez pour la vue, et la terrasse. La table est médiocre, les raviolis vapeur sont pâteux, le reste est très moyen. Le chef de rang asiatique est vraiment charmant avec de l’humour, le sommelier est très pro puis vous avez une serveuse qui vous parle mal avec une tenue présentant son ventre à l’aire lorsqu’elle vous sert. C’est blindé il y’a du monde, pas pour se régaler mais pour passer un bon moment dans un bel endroit.
