Since March 2018 this Ramatuello institution has become the property of American billionaire and owner of OM, Frank McCourt and his son Drew, also creator of the Parisian Overwatch franchise. A charming family home, the place has been metamorphosed, closed door with caretaker, lush garden, delicate private spaces, two superb swimming pools reserved for hotel guests, and direct access to the beach which sublimates the trip. Each room, with its unique and refined decoration, overlooks the two swimming pools and the sand that leads to the sea.

We had an absolut amazing experience at EPI, for us one of the most beautiful locations to go at Côte d'Azur and St. Tropez.
Thanks to everyone for making this happen. Beautiful Club, very intimate feeling, very good food made to our wishes - everyone was super professional and friendly, it felt like second home. Our kids had an extraordinary time in the new opened Kidsclub, everything organized by Epi was of outstanding quality and Service. Saying goodbye was really hard, we will certainly be back next year!
