Price indicated in quotation for carriers not respected and each pretention, prices renegotiated several times by their increasingly expensive treatments… also announces 2 times at the tel to us to have upgraded to us in the part adult and arrived on site it it is nothing, the agency meets us that it is not indicated in the contract and that if we want to reach it must pay a supp. £ 85/day per person!! Finally 48h before departure we ask their interlocutor on site to reserve seats to us, as permits Caribbean air.
