This family business, now run by Hélène Dragon and her husband Frédéric Arnaud, has been certified High Environmental Value (HVE) since 2019. It produces 4 AOP Côtes-de-Provence, Côtes-de-Provence-Sainte-Victoire and IGP Var vintages on about 20 hectares. On plots outside the PDO, varieties atypical for Provence have been planted; vinified as single-variety wines, they express their originality in vin de Pays du Var cuvées. The estate also offers its olive oil and regional products for sale at the winery.

Finally wines with character! The rosy are flavoured, well structured red and very fruity white. A transferred red wine (including a good Porto), and a sweet muscat for aperitif, it is original for the region. And had the explanations by Helen, which makes the wine itself!

I discovered a super white wine with muscat. Very perfumed, a little soft, not alcoholic, I love it with the aperitif and desserts!
