With its contemporary decoration and its beautiful terrace in summer and winter, Raphaël Revalor's restaurant is the place to be for lovers of good food. The chef delights with a market and seasonal cuisine: fish bourride, small stuffed meats, andouillette from Callian and always the famous Pôl burger, a minced meat from Aubrac, contised with foie gras, cow's milk tomme from the Bertin farm in Taradeau, speck from Trentino alto Adige, all wrapped in an organic seeded bread, specially made by the baker Julien Oudard
