L'Antre Nous is a story of friendship between Etienne Colliard, a talented young chef, and Stéphanie Barbe who runs the restaurant with good humour and genuine attention to each guest. Etienne's menu is centered on the product, fresh and seasonal. Everything is homemade with a real talent for taste. Foie gras in raviole, fresh herb salad, celery broth; filleted duck, fennel, lemon piquillo condiment and an extraordinary passion fruit and hazelnut praline soufflé.
