Brasserie in Revest-les-Eaux offering Mediterranean cuisine, fish and meat from the farm.
In the heart of this picturesque village with its shady squares, La Fontaine is the new popular address of Nicolas and Alexandre Fantoni, which offers Mediterranean cuisine of the four seasons and a trendy Bowlfood. The Provençal atmosphere can be found on the plate: grilled cuttlefish, octopus stew, aioli, homemade gnocchi with bacon and Reblochon cream, farmhouse pork chops with truffles. Asian variants of the bowlfood trend complete a menu created by chef Florent Bachelot, a child of the village.

Passage a la hâte avec comme surprise une chance,d'avoir des places disponibles pour 2 personnes, le midi. Déjeuner sains,copieux et savoureux, prix abordables et accueil tres sympatique. Grande chance surtout d'y être avant le tournage de cinéma. (Voir evenement du Revest, le 26/02/24).

Un très bon repas: viande excellente, frites maison, raviolis parfait, plats copieux. Le cadre est accueillant le personnel au top. Nous avons passé un très bon moment avec nos (grands!) petits enfants. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr. Merci encore de nous avoir régalé

Repas méridien entre amis, déjeuner avec mot d ordre poisson, assiette copieuse, savoureuse, la mer dans la bouche... le plus appréciable et apprécié : un service pro et convivial. A recommander, pour qui aime comme moi allier le gustatif au charme d un village.
