La Cantin (a), it's a beautiful business that keeps on making new followers! Located in the centre of Le Muy, the establishment has found its clientele. In the kitchen, Thierry Florens offers a simple but tasty seasonal home cooking with superb pieces of meat, very well accompanied by a subtle and excellent anchovy sauce, a delicious sole meunière, a skewer of duck breast with honey, crêpes Suzette, lemon pie, home made panna cota. Careful service and a pretty stone façade.

Closed from the end of December to the end of January. Ask for more details on the dates. Low season: open Monday from 12 to 2 pm; Tuesday to Friday from 12 to 2 pm and from 7 to 9 pm. High season: Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 21:00; Sunday from 12:00 to 14:00. Reservation recommended. Menu : 35 € approximately. Lunch formula : 15,90 € (main course-dessert or starter-main course). Wine by the glass. Cheques not accepted. Restaurant check. Groups welcome (about 30 people). Baby chairs. Terrace. Merci pour votre accueil, la cuisine était tout simplement parfaite, généreuse: asperges délicieuses , sole cuite à la perfection, gambas magnifiques, nous reviendrons !
