The majority of the rooms are overlooking on the swimming pool. The cuisine of chef Olivier Lozach and his team is prepared with fresh ingredients. The simple menu changes regularly and highlights a vast range of dishes, like bluefin tuna marinated and snacké tataki method as appetizers, served with remoulade of celeriac with wakamé, condiment curry and coconut milk, medallion of monkfish poached in a cream fish, risotto with leeks served while it's creamy, or veal cooked rosé with salteadora, conchiglie with chanterelles and Parmesan, and veal juice.
