Gastronomic restaurant in La Seyne-sur-Mer preparing a refined French cuisine and a menu of local products.
From the glass rotunda, the Horizon gourmet restaurant enjoys a breathtaking view of the sea, which encourages contemplation. The show continues on the plate, with French cuisine of incomparable refinement. The menu follows the rhythm of the seasons and gives pride of place to local products: roasted scallops, blinis and Isigny triple cream, slow-cooked veal, creamy morels and celery purée, Carqueiranne strawberries. The wine list is of course as good as the dishes offered.
