In 1999, Guillaume Enzo Fayard acquired the vineyards of Saint Martin la Toche and revived under the name of Château Hermitage Saint Martin a land of the millennium. Situated on the hillside, at the boundary of the inner valley between Cuers and Puget-Ville, the vineyard enjoys an ideal location and is grown without chemical treatments, respecting nature and the environment. The large cuvée Enzo rosé, Grenache, mourvèdre, cinsault, is made with a slight cold maceration before press. The result is subtle perfume and fresh and fresh flavours.
