There is an appetizing choice of French and Mediterranean specialties reworked, like the summer risotto and his lobster medallion, the half-baked tuna served with tomatoes of tomatoes to citrus fruits and ginger, poultry tajine with apricots and dried grapes, or the mite. enjoy a whole grilled duck.
