Since its creation in 1906, the mill of the Combette has experienced a turbulent history full of rebels and bankruptcies in time. Since 1990, it has been managed by a team of volunteers, and the co-op now runs full-time with its 360 members. Fitted with a continuous extraction chain, installed in completely renovated premises, the mill develops AOC Provence olive oil, green fruity, and olive oil AOC Provence matured olives. Oils each year rewarded in agricultural competitions. Guided visits are made on days of opening or by appointment.
