Hermance has returned to her childhood home where her husband Quentin Joplet, who officiates in the kitchen (100% open to the dining room), works in a spirit of terroir with fresh products from the daily market, most often organic, drawing essentially from the local manna. Between two glances at the garden and the village of Fayence, you can admire him in his element. Jazz evenings are held regularly from June to September. Guest rooms with swimming pool and whirlpool, apartment, chalet, and Cabanon du Berger are also at your disposal.

En plus du repas fait maison, ils font eux-mêmes leurs fromages « Brie fourré à la truffe » qui est exceptionnel.
Je le recommande.
Es ist für mich, nach sehr vielen Jahren, immer noch das beste Restaurant in unserer Region. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, unbedingt dort zum Essen zu gehen. Es ist absolut fantastisch.
