Hermance has returned to her childhood home where her husband Quentin Joplet, who officiates in the kitchen (100% open to the dining room), works in a spirit of terroir with fresh products from the daily market, most often organic, drawing essentially from the local manna. Between two glances at the garden and the village of Fayence, you can admire him in his element. Jazz evenings are held regularly from June to September. Guest rooms with swimming pool and whirlpool, apartment, chalet, and Cabanon du Berger are also at your disposal.

Opening time and information on LE CASTELLARAS

Master Restorer. Closed from January to February. In July-August, open from Tuesday evening to Sunday evening, and Saturday and Sunday lunch. From November to March, open from Friday to Sunday for lunch and dinner. The rest of the year, open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner. Menus from 49 € to 108 €. Guest rooms from 130 to 180 € depending on the season, apartment from 120 to 220 €, chalet from 260 to 300 € and Cabanon du Berger at 130 €.

Un lieu magnifique avec vue sur le village de Fayence, un accueil chaleureux. Le repas a été excellent avec des conseils avisés pour le vin.
En plus du repas fait maison, ils font eux-mêmes leurs fromages « Brie fourré à la truffe » qui est exceptionnel.
Je le recommande.

C'est pour moi, après de très nombreuses années, toujours le meilleur restaurant de notre région. Je ne peux que recommander à tout le monde d'aller absolument y manger. C'est absolument fantastique.
Es ist für mich, nach sehr vielen Jahren, immer noch das beste Restaurant in unserer Region. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, unbedingt dort zum Essen zu gehen. Es ist absolut fantastisch.
