Dracen institution preparing a short menu of Italian inspiration, pasta and inventive pizzas
Mathieu and Lydie Cassin have taken over the former Bouffon, a Dracen institution, and completely redesigned it to create a large space with a neat and friendly decoration. Large family tables or tête-à-tête, everyone finds his place. As for the cuisine, the Italian-inspired menu is short and updated with the seasons. The risottos are as creamy as you wish and are available with scallops and pistou, gambas and chorizo, courgette flowers, tomatoes and olives, or black pudding with American sauce. The pasta and pizzas are inventive and tasty.
