With strength and passion, the team of the domain has rebuilt a temporary building, where you can again taste and discover some bottles of their Côtes de Provence, the white and the rosé 2021 "Moulin de l'Isle", the rosé 2021 Exception, a blend of grenache for its fantastic aromas, cinsault for its finesse and syrah for its fruity side.
CHÂTEAU DES GARCINIÈRES
Read moreThis family vineyard, since 1898, opens onto a majestic avenue of three-hundred-year-old plane trees. You will find typical Provencal grape varieties such as cinsault, rolle or ugni blanc, but also grenache and syrah. On the 20 hectares of classified Côtes de Provence vines, two vintages are produced, in all three colours, the traditional cuvée and the cuvée du Prieuré. The estate is organically cultivated and is located in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It benefits from a temperate climate and a terroir that is particularly well suited to the Provencal vineyards.

A true wine enthusiast, he has turned this Provencal terroir into a renowned vineyard with gastronomic vintages that produces 90% rosé, 5% white and 5% red. His latest vintage is distinguished by a very high level of quality, like the Clos de Capelune rosé and Excellence rosé 2021, gold medal at the Provence wine competition, as well as at the Terre de vins competition.

Read moreThe château has nearly 8 hectares of vines in the Côtes de Provence appellation d'origine contrôlée, which are spread out over the first foothills of the Maures massif. The entire estate has been organically farmed since 2020. The grape variety is composed of syrah, grenache, cabernet-sauvignon, cinsault and rolle. The wines are available in the 3 colors white, rosé, red, through two ranges, the "Grande Réserve Domini", whose red 2019 won a gold medal at the competition of wines of Provence 2021, and the "Cuvée Epicure".
