We (my husband, a couple of friend and me) some allee eat you Saturday evening, the welcome is very warm. We received a cocktail and very pleasant. The decor is beautiful, modern Asian style. The menu is typical Vietnamese restaurant, with some surprises.
We took 4 inside different (rolls, spring roll...) and 4 different dishes (grilled sea bass, pork caramel, prawns...) in order to enjoyed as much as possible, and compared to the others Vietnamese restaurant. The food is good but not extraordinary. However, the average budget too high. Quality/price is not at all! We pay more €220 for 4 with a small bottle of wine. I have the impression that the restaurant targets the rich tourists. I put 3 stars (you can not put 3 and half) as the price is not motivated.
Personally, I recommend the restaurant Hong Kong to Cogolin, which offers a delicious and more traditional cuisine (during our trip in vietnam). The service is also warm (one would expect a little longer: (and value is definitely more!

A very warm welcome and a very helpful, fast and efficient team.

welcome by a small welcome cocktail at the lychee and the famous chips giants with shrimps.

The menu offers all kinds of dishes and preparations beef, fish, chicken, pork, shellfish. Everything is good and fresh.

Specialties are prepared on hotplates (style pierrade) or fondues.

We tried the rolls cha jio fried, classic but very good.

then a chicken sate (cooking in a casserole) and sea bass roasted with lemongrass (a treat).

The desserts are also very varied.

A very provided and varied menu.

Average budget €40 to €45 per person.

This restaurant is open for the year and reservations are strongly recommended in winter and summer.
