Beautifully renovated restaurant in Cavalaire-sur-Mer offering land and sea products with exalted flavors

Chantal and Michel Gourmelen, eager to settle in Cavalaire, have nicely rehabilitated, in early 2021, a restaurant fallen into disuse. To run the kitchens for this new season, a new chef, Émilie Cadeau, a former home cook in the Aix region, trained with Anne-Sophie Pic, Philippe Etchebest and Christophe Bacquié, has taken over. There is no doubt that regional and seasonal products will figure prominently on the menu: Mediterranean fish, vegetables from the Var region Bruno Cayron... A very nice wine list.

nous sommes à chaque fois surpris par les nouvelles propositions du chef. cuissons maitrisées.
