One of the most beautiful tables in Carqueiranne. Since 1988, Stéphane Lelièvre, the owner and creator of the restaurant, continues to supervise the team, under the leadership of a talented leader. The menu menu is renewed every season. In the entrance, sample for example the green asparagus cappuccino with its crispy ventrity and the arabica Illy arabica. in a dish of resistance, the rouget to the skin served with its soft pimps is a success, while in dessert we don't succumb to the bread lost caramelated with fresh citrus citrus fruits and lemon sorbet.
