It is now Xavier Vergès, a former parachutist officer and former winemaker who is now the owner of this 30-hectare AOP Côtes-de-Provence vineyard, which produces the "First" cuvée in white, rosé and red, the cuvée "Croix de Fait" in rosé and red, and the wine cellar. «Locomotive», emblematic of the commune: a very good choice of remembrance to offer! Château Deffends opened in 2016 to organize events, receptions, weddings, anniversaries and seminars (it has to be said that the beautiful Provençal bastide is particularly suitable), and also offers a charming accommodation nestled in the heart of the vineyards, fully equipped, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
