Since 2003, Thierry Giroud, oenologist and his wife Caroline, chemist, have been exploiting 15 hectares of vines, 8 of them in PDO Côtes de Provence and 7 in PGI. They work well on each plot, to optimize the quality of their wines, available in red and rosé for the PDO Côtes de Provence, and in the three colours for the IGP wine of Pays du Var.
