la boucle de 9,4km au départ du collège Don Bosco est magnifique
prenez votre maillot de bain pour vous baigner dans une des petites criques
la petite crique après le port d alon oest géniale et en plus vous rafraîchit avant d attaquer une grande cote

C'est une des randonnées du Var à ne pas manquer : l'aller retour est facile pour la journée sinon une voiture aux lecques et une autre aux tennis de bandol
Les points remarquables sont la calanque du port d'Alon et celle du sous marin : attention aux plongées dangereuses au port d'Alon , beaucoup de roches et de courants

Nous avons fait cette partie du sentier, entre Bandol et port D'alon. Sentier assez facile, pas danger, bien amménagé. Certeins endroit donne de très belle vue sur la mer mais on passe aussi pas mal dans la foret des pins.

A beautiful trail or small coves is there to refresh us, but to be avoided during the summer it is too hot! The month of June and September is ideal. Bring water, only one water point but at the beginning of the course (side St Cyr). Of course to avoid the flip-flops but simple walking shoes will get bargain, do not forget to listen to locate and cicadas, not so easy!

a vision of the remarkable sea a wonderful flora at all times. it difficult and is not well marked.
