Chic, muted furnishings, lighting by an Italian glassmaker, charming terrace, garden and veranda opening onto palm trees: superb! The menu continues to focus on marine flavors, with platters of shellfish, fish and seasonal produce. Grilled fish flambéed with Pastis, cooked in a salt crust or prepared in a meunière style, and bouillabaisse.
