Arriving from the center of Sausset on the Corniche, Ba'O Terra is the first address on this pretty seafront to open its arms to you. The vast terrace with its tropical furniture is an invitation to bask in the sun, under canopies that provide shade on summer days. You'll be greeted with a smile, and the staff will go out of their way to find you a place on the terrace despite the crowds. The menu includes tartars, octopus aioli, lobster roll, the house burger and a selection of gourmet platters named after Greek divinities.
