You'll find the famous HedgeHog, a fine whisky combining organic corn, barley malt and rye which is aged in new oak barrels from the Tronçais forest, before being transferred to old vintage cognac barrels. David has developed his range with SweetHog, an artisanal cream whisky, Borvo vodka, Balthazar gin, Bourbonnaise des Iles aperitif liqueur, limited editions such as Tronçais whisky and Aumance whisky aged in old Sauternes barrels, and new products such as Vieux Balthazar rum and Rye whisky.
