At the head of the Seilly domain since 1990, Marc diversified the productions of his family estate born in 1865. The Vendanges Tardives and the selection of Noble Grains are among the most popular. Delicate and refined, these wines will convince connoisseurs and even the most reluctant ones. The wine of the Pistol is exclusive to the domain Seilly. He was born by the visit of Emperor Ferdinand I in 1562, astonished by the reaction of the first Magistrate of Obernai, who denied him the best raw wines then intended for the inhabitants of the city. The Emperor gave him a gift of a pistol by asking him to "put him to more effronty than he could find a"! All bottles are available for sale in the shop and Marc will make you visit his cellar with pleasure to see the imposing oak beams. And the little thing is that production is done by respecting the environment with an ecological culture and respectful treatment of the vine.
