We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, however, there are a few things that we suggest for improvement. WiFi quality in the hotel is poor - unless you are in the main lobby, it’s spotty. Our room had almost no reception and continuously disconnected. It may be because the network is set up incorrectly - there are three different networks instead of one with repeaters. The room cleanliness could be better - the bathroom especially, the tile grout was noticeably dirty. The restaurant presentation was great, but our meat was over cooked during both meals (dinner and lunch), after us specifically requesting medium rare meat and receiving well done. We left the property for our second dinner and ate in Salon de Provence. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the property itself very relaxing, so we enjoyed ourselves. We look forward to coming back to an improved property.

We adore this special gem of a place. We stayed 3 years ago and remember the breakfast to have matched the place.. now the breakfast is of a 3 star not 4 star hotel.. as well as the dinner not amazing. But it will not stop us from coming back as we love the hotel and the staff is so kind and friendly. Would love to have better food and possibly some room service options more casual in style- pizza, soups ect

L’hôtel est très agréable pour le repos et la détente.
La piscine chauffée un vrai plaisir.
Le personnel discret et à notre écoute
Les promenades autour de l’hôtel très sympathique
Le restaurant est succulent félicitations en cuisine.
La chambre très spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain.
La literie confortable.
La terrasse de la chambre avec les transat ainsi que la table super bien. on peut se poser tranquille.
Le seul reproche que je peux faire c'est qu'il n'y avait pas canal+

We had a very nice stay overall, but had a few small issues with the restaurant. First, we were the only table that was not offered the amuse bushe. This is not a big deal but it did make us feel like we were not as welcome as the other guests, perhaps because of our baby, even though she was very quiet. We brought this up to two staff members that didn't do anything about it. Second, my husband's beef was served cold because it took so long to bring to us. Lastly, in the morning we checked out, the restaurant had added breakfast to our book even though we did not eat breakfast at the hotel. None of these things were big problems but for the price we paid we would have liked a better experience. The food and wine taste was excellent.
