The first glacier of Les Saintes and certainly the best! For over 35 years, Pierre Morère has been refining the recipes for his ice creams and sorbets, all home-made, made with fresh fruit and the best products (pistachio from Sicily, fruit from the islands, Camargue alcohol...). That's about sixty different flavours! Like its famous Camargue ice cream (with Camargue alcohol, puffed rice and milk jam) or the lemon-ginger-green or blood orange-pepper flavour! In addition, all the ice creams are made during the day.

This beautiful store crossing the Place de l'Église to Avenue Mistral is a must: it concentrates the best of the Camargue, such as the famous PDO bull sausage and PDO bull chorizo. You can even taste it during a real tasting ritual, accompanied by a small muscat or a melonade, this artisanal melon aperitif. All quality regional products are listed. Ideal for bringing back gourmet souvenirs.

On the Place des Gypsies, large market Provençal Monday and Friday (except holidays): first, regional products, crafts… More than 120 exhibitors meet regularly. Of course, as in all markets, there are also products that are not directly manufactured in Provence, but the event is charming.

The Glacier des arènes welcomes you at all hours of the day to enjoy delicious ice creams, made by a master ice cream maker, on the premises or to take away. These tasty creations are made with Alpine milk, to our great delight. You'll find classic flavors like coffee, chocolate and vanilla, as well as more surprising ones like unicorn, cotton candy and amarena! As for sorbets, Corsican clementine, melon, passion fruit, etc., there's something for every sweet tooth. Pancakes, waffles and doughnuts are just as delicious!
