Quentin and Sabine offer tasty, gourmet cuisine. The fish is wild and local, and the cuisine is traditional and delicious. You'll love the paella + dessert of the day, such as panna cota or the unforgettable licorice crème brûlée. Their gardiane will delight the most discerning gourmets, as will the tellines that you can enjoy as an aperitif, for example. Special mention must go to the incredible octopus grilled a la plancha, accompanied by the no less incredible garlic sauce.

Die Moules frites haben zwar gut geschmeckt, aber die Qualität der Muscheln war mangelhaft, da sie innen viel zu wenig Muschelfleisch hatten.... viele Muscheln waren auch innen leer. So ein Standardgericht in Saintes-Maries können andere Restaurants deutlich besser! Der Kellner war sehr unaufmerksam, er hätte zwischendurch mal den Muschelabfall abräumen können, Handreinigungstücher gab es auch keine.

Je me suis régalée avec le poulpe et ses petits légumes et riz, ainsi que l'accueil chaleureux. Une très bonne soirée en solo au Remake ????

Nous sommes dimanche, nous sommes accueillis et prenons place vers 13h50. Un serveur nous donne la carte et quelques minutes après prend notre commande des boissons. Il les ramène à 14h04 et nous demande ce qu’on souhaite manger. On lui indique donc que nous souhaitons prendre le menu et là il nous répond que le menu c’est jusqu’à 14h… il est 14h04 et on a été installé avant … il ne veut rien savoir.
Nous non plus car nous ne trouvons pas ça correct et même de mauvaise foi…
Du coup on a réglé les boissons et nous sommes partis ailleurs où nous avons été très bien accueillis .
Mauvaise expérience…
